Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses outside this service area.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our service area. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Dispatch location
Orders are dispatched from our Brooklyn location at 1421 Coney Island Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230, United States.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Carrier transit after dispatch: 4–6 business days.
- Estimated total processing and transit time: 5–9 business days.
Processing and transit estimates use Monday–Friday business days. The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. New York local time (Eastern Time), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-processing day begin processing on the next processing business day.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays or other delivery disruptions may affect arrival times.
Tracking and delivery help
Tracking information is provided when an order is dispatched. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes depend on whether the order has already been dispatched.
